Terms and Conditions

  1. Accommodation related:
    1. Check-in time is 15:00hrs and Checkout time is 11:00hrs.
    2. Early check-Ins & late check-outs should be directly dealt with the hotel team.
    3. Extra adult sharing a room will be charged at would be charged extra. This can be directly paid to the hotel at the time of check in.
    4. Delegates wishing to extend the stay can directly pay the hotel for additional room nights, subject to availability.
    5. All additional food and other incidentals bills to be directly settled with the hotel before check out.
    6. Double occupancy means one conference delegate and one accompanying person.
  2. Registration related:
    1. Accompanying persons are not permitted to the scientific sessions and workshops.
    2. The rates are inclusive of all currently applicable taxes.
    3. Conference registration is confirmed only upon receipt of registration confirmation email along with registration number and payment receipt. These details will be sent to your registered email ID (email ID you use for registration).
    4. If you have not received the registration confirmation email, please check your spam mail folder. In case you don’t find it there, please contact the conference secretariat at the numbers / email IDs provided in the "contact us" page.
    5. Delegates are required to present registration confirmation email along with unique registration number and QR / Bar code at the onsite registration counter to collect conference badges.
    6. Letter from HOD is mandatory for PG students to avail discounted rates.
    7. Payment to be done only online through the registration portal. Other types of payment instruments like cash, cheque / DD, bank transfers etc are not accepted.
    8. Conference registrations is mandatory to attend workshops.
  3. Covid related:
    1. Prevailing covid guidelines needs to be always followed during the conference.
    2. All relevant covid guidelines (if any) would be mailed to you and displayed at the conference venue.
  4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
    1. Before 30th December 2022, 20% of registration Amount plus GST of Amount Paid will be forfeited as cancellation
    2. Before 28th February 2023, 50% of registration Amount plus GST of Amount Paid will be forfeited as cancellation
    3. After 1st March 2023, full amount will be forfeited

*Refund will be solely at the discretion of the Organiser & if **Refund Is applicable, the same will be processed only after the conference

Bank & Payment Gateway Charges will not be refunded

Others: Organizers will not be responsible for loss / theft for any personal belongings.
